Hi, I'm Alexandria Walls, Human Resource Management here at RSL. I have a passion for training and development, with the goal of helping our scholars, team members and the organization reach their full potential. I have four years of corporate management experience, three years of teaching experience, and over 10 years of nonprofit experience as a program director. I believe that in order to build a community of leaders with compassion and integrity starts with how current leaders empower the people around them.
